Important Notice:

By accessing and utilizing the Inivak Edu LMS SaaS platform, you acknowledge and agree to comply fully with the terms outlined below.

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

This entire platform, source code, architecture, and brand identity are the exclusive intellectual property of Inivak Institute. Any unauthorized usage, reverse engineering, scraping, or data theft will be subject to immediate legal action under the Sri Lankan Penal Code and Intellectual Property Act.

2. Scope of Services

Inivak Edu functions as a B2B SaaS technology provider specifically catering to teachers, tutors, and tuition institutions. We do not hold direct financial obligations toward individual students. However, we remain fully dedicated to offering continuous 24/7 technical assistance to enrolled students on behalf of educators.

3. Responsibilities & Monthly Settlement

As outlined, our contractual service level agreement is maintained directly with verified educators.

The monthly LMS platform usage fees must be settled in the final week of each month (between the 25th and 30th). Failure to settle within the designated timeframe will lead to temporary account suspension.

                                    Account Suspension Policy: If no response or settlement is received within 24 hours of an account suspension notice, server resources and linked files may be automatically purged by the system.
                                

4. Refunds & Monthly Class Renewals

Since LMS server utilization and student slots are billed following active consumption (post-paid), commission and usage fees are strictly non-refundable once the billing month concludes.

If video storage data is compromised or lost directly due to system-level infrastructure failure on our end, the full storage fee collected for that specific month will be refunded.

                                    Crucial Notice on Renewals: When resetting or renewing monthly payment tracking for classes, prior monthly payment histories are purged. Please export or download payment spreadsheets before initiating a monthly reset.
                                

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Our data privacy standards guarantee full compliance and confidentiality:

Personal information (name, phone, email, WhatsApp) is processed strictly for LMS access and service delivery.
Direct bank slip transfers occur straight into the teacher's verified account.
Class rosters and student profiles are encrypted utilizing industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS protocols.
In the unlikely event of any security vulnerability, registered educators will be notified within 24 hours.

6. Legal Compliance & Jurisdiction

Regarding data integrity and legal governance:

Operations comply strictly with the Sri Lanka Personal Data Protection Act No. 15 of 2022.
No personal data will ever be sold, leased, or transmitted to third parties unless required by a court of law.
Users maintain full entitlement to request complete data deletion upon account termination.
