• Personal Identifiers: Full name, verified mobile/WhatsApp number, and email address.
• Technical & Session Telemetry: IP address, browser type, operating system, and secure session tokens to authenticate user access.
• Class Activity & Video Consumption: Lecture recording playback logs, watch counts, watch durations, and assignment submission timestamps.
• Billing Proofs: Bank transfer receipts submitted by students for manual or automated educator verification.

Collected information is applied strictly to service delivery and platform integrity:

• Provisioning seamless class enrolment, lecture attendance, and timetable synchronization.
• Delivering critical account notifications, timetable updates, and WhatsApp/SMS alerts.
• Enforcing our proprietary Anti-Piracy Player, including dynamic student watermarks and screen capture prevention.
• Securing single-device login sessions to mitigate password sharing and unauthorized portal exploitation.

We implement multi-layered defenses to ensure end-to-end data privacy:

• All traffic is encrypted in transit via 256-bit SSL/TLS protocol standards.
• User passwords are processed using one-way cryptographic salt-and-hash algorithms (bcrypt).
• In the unlikely occurrence of any security anomaly, affected educators and students will receive official notice within 24 hours.

Under the Sri Lanka Personal Data Protection Act No. 15 of 2022, you maintain full control:

• The right to inspect and update your registered profile information at any time.
• The right to request permanent account erasure upon discontinuing our tuition management services.
• Zero third-party monetization guarantee — we never share user records for commercial advertising.
